A2 A CRIMINAL FRAME

A CRIMINAL FRAME

I. BEATING INNOCENCE
The Biblical idea of the Bema Seat is when Believers are judged for their acts. These judgments constitute their rewards in the afterlife. The concern was unconfessed sins following his Dad to the Bema Seat. He pestered his Dad to confess privately to a minister or anyone. He did not wish to know the confession, he only wanted it to be done. Confession would relieve his Dad's hearts of old burdens and that was his desire. He will discover that the price of innocence is punishing the naive. His Dad's response was to phone his sister and she called the deputies.

II. FAMILY LIES TO COPS
On January 12, 2013, Christy and her Dad summon the Anderson County Sheriff's Department. They lie to law enforcement by claiming that her brother was on drugs. The brother willfully submits and passes a drug test conducted at Palestine Regional Hospital. Despite innocence, he is now billed for charges resulting from the ambulance ride, the drug test, and all additional charges levied by the hospital.

Later in the day, the family drives to the hospital. They leave his luggage and hundred dollars on the parking lot. He can not say good-bye to his mother because Christy and her Dad lock her in the car. They drive off.

The Law knew that he was innocent. The tests proved his innocence. Exoneration meant nothing. If innocence is declared, then why must the victim also pay the criminal's price? Would not the accuser be libel for the hospital charges and damaged reputation that resulted from the lie?
Justice does not penalize the innocent and allow the guilty to flee.

Charges could not be filed on his family is because he was not arrested. He was given a `no trespassing' warning ticket and this meant that he was not allowed to go home for two years. When the warning ticket expired, the family put the house on the market and moved to Tyler, Texas. During that time, they took everything that he had. His Grandfather's watch now belongs to them. It is not known what happened to the rest of his possessions. Most likely, everything was discarded.

He does not fault the deputies for ticket. He understands that family matters are messy. It meant everything that a deputy stayed at the hospital to talk with him. Years ago, he was warned about falling between the cracks of a system. This is nothing more than the cowardice of manipulation playing the system.

III. FAMILY ATTEMPTS TO DERAIL THERAPY
During the spring of 2012, their Mother was hospitalized for a type of blood poisoning at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital. His family did not contact him. He was still living in Houston. He said that he came home one afternoon and sat on the bed. The thought of `your Dad poisoning your Mum' flashed into his head. A jolted call to his sister confirmed that Mum had been hospitalized a few days ago. The wording of the thought states a generic action and not a defined intent. It is noted that his Dad could have messed up on administering his Mum's medication. He leaves Houston for Tyler.

The family gathers in Tyler while Christy and the other brother sabotage his therapy. They call his psychiatrist to implement a lie and they accomplish the opposite of their intent. His psychiatrist is rattled for a while. He becomes distraught after she calls him. It is anguish to leave his Mother. His psychiatrist reinforced the notion of his family being toxic since that day. Christy and her Dad have bolstered the notion of toxicity on numerous occasions.

IV. THREADS OF A DOWNWARD SPIRAL
In the winter of 2012, he was needing medical help, advice, food, and shelter. He had called his Sister from Conroe. She told him to go to a hospital and tell them that he is suicidal. He said that he was not suicidal. She told him to lie and hung up the phone. He disregarded the advice.

It is July Fourth weekend in 2011. His back has been strained for a month and he calls his Sister for help. She gets angry because he interrupted her good time at a party. She hangs up the phone. She calls her Dad and he calls him. His Dad admonishes him for an hour because he made his Sister mad.

It is the winter of 2010. His Dad and him are talking about his Sister’s divorce. His argument is that there is no evidence to back her claims that her husband is cheating on her. He also states that she should abide by Scripture. His Dad’s reply is that he hurt her. He is shocked at his response.

It is late summer of 2010. His Mum and Dad are going to meet her at the airport. She is returning to the States from Singapore. She is going to divorce her husband. He was supposed to go with them. They call and say that he should not come. He was going to stay with her for a while. They agreed to this and he did not renew the lease on his apartment. That weekend, it was just the parents and her. After that weekend, she began to hate him. They used to be the best of friends. To leave with loose ends means that answers begin when we continue.

nonAtomas 2
Atoma is a Greek word that means `indivisible'. The English word `atom' comes from `atoma'. The notion of family is a foundation for society. A family's strength resides in the glue that holds them together. Love has its wisdom, abiding loyalties, and love is indivisible. Love is glue, atoma. Non- atoma families make breaking worlds. This has been The League of Dread.
